Sell-off is strong buy signal

The sell-off in global stocks is a very strong contrarian buy signal, according to Trevor Greetham, Head of Multi-Asset at Royal London Asset Management.  The firm’s proprietary sentiment indicator is signalling one of its strongest ever buy signals, similar in magnitude to the 2007 crash. Greetham says that Chinese and US policy decisions plus lower commodity prices will ultimately be positive for stocks.
