Syllabus
The Certified Trading System Developer qualification is designed to develop a skill set that lies at the intersection of three disciplines:
1. Market Technology - Syllabus
2. Quantitative Finance - Syllabus
3. Trading Strategy - Syllabus
Underlying all three subjects and forming the foundation of the syllabus is the practice of quality process management (Syllabus).
The CTSD program consists of three examinations, one each in the three areas of discipline. In order to receive the CTSD certification, a candidate must pass each of the exams, although in no particular order. Each of the exams will be offered twice a year, in April and October.
