Prerequisites
The topics covered by the Institute for Market Technology's CTSD certification presumes a high level of ability in the areas of technology, trading strategy and/or mathematics. Program content may extend well beyond basic concepts in these areas. While no specific academic prerequisites are prescribed, applicants should consider their ability to succeed in these areas before applying.
Basic Requirements
In order to be considered for admission into a certification program offered by i4MT, an applicant must:
Application review and processing may take up to four weeks. Applications that lack any of the required information will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed until all omissions are provided.
How long is the Course?
Students may take up to two years to complete the examination after admission. The program fee permits a candidate to take each exam once. To retake any individual exam, an additional £75 must be remitted.

Textbooks
The program fee includes relevant manuals. However in order to master the concepts covered in the syllabus the purchase of textbooks may be necessary. It is the responsibility of the student purchase any and all required texts. The cost of textbooks is not included in the registration fee.
