1. Delivery Policy
Delivery will start with the first issue following receipt of payment or the most recent issue prior to receipt of payment, according to the subscriber’s wishes. By default, delivery will start with the first issue following receipt of payment. Hard copies are mailed out 2nd class for UK addresses and by Airmail to international addresses. Electronic copies are sent by email as a link to an online copy in flipbook and pdf format. The magazine is published 4 times a year in: early January, early April, early July, and early October.

2. Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time and receive a refund for the unexpired portion of their subscription less a £25.00 administration fee. Should a magazine arrive in a materially faulty or materially damaged condition, the Technical Analyst will replace the magazine with another copy.
