John Forman is a Senior Foreign Exchange Analyst for Thomson Reuters IFR Markets. He has over 20 years experience in the markets covering equities, interest rates, currencies and energy. John has authored dozens of articles on trading and market analysis and presented at conferences and webinars. He is author of The Essentials of Trading (Wiley, 2006), which was an Amazon.com 'Top Seller'.
Robin Griffiths, Technical Analyst - Cazenove Capital Management
Robin Griffiths joined Cazenove Capital Management in early 2008, prior to which he was head of asset allocation and technical research at private wealth management company, Rathbones, in London. Robin was previously with HSBC Investment Bank and is one of the global financial markets best known and most respected technical analysts.
Avi Hooper, Portfolio Manager - Invesco
Avi Hooper is currency portfolio manager for Invesco in London. Prior to this he was emerging market debt fund manager at Blackfriars Asset Management (previously called WestLB Mellon Asset Management) where he advised on technical analysis across multiple asset classes including emerging market equities, fixed income, commodities and currencies.
Bruce Kamich
Bruce Kamich - academic, practitioner and author - brings over 35 years of experience in commodities, global fixed income, and equities. Bruce Kamich joined one of the world's largest brokerage firms in 2004 and co-authors their widely circulated technical market letter. He is author of the book "Chart Patterns" (Bloomberg, 2009) and a professor at Baruch College.
Charles Morris, Head of Absolute Return - HSBC Global Asset Management
Charles Morris is a director of HSBC Global Asset Management in London where he is the head of absolute return strategy and fund manager of the HSBC Global Trend Fund. Charlie regularly appears on CNBC and Bloomberg TV to discuss technical analysis and advises HSBC Investments on asset allocation, sector strategy and stock selection.
Louis Yang, Vice President Quantitative Investor Solutions - Citibank
Louis Yang is a Vice President and member of the Quantitative Investor Solutions team. Mr Yang specialises in risk management research and the development of systematic trading models for CitiFX Alpha's quantitative trading programs. Prior to joining Citi, Mr Yang worked as a quantitative analyst at ABN Amro's FX Strategy team.
Maxime Viémont, Manager Sigma Team - B* Capital, BNP Paribas
Maxime Viemont, CFT, joined brokerage house B* Capital, a division of BNP Paribas, in 1999. He went on to set up the firm’s technical analysis department and developed QuantiTech™, an investment process based on hybrid trend following strategies. Since 2005 he has been managing the SIGMA team focusing on investment strategies and model-based portfolio management.
