Nick Bullman - CheckRisk LLP
Nick is currently the Managing Partner of CheckRisk LLP an online pre-investment risk provider, and Managing Partner of Bullman Investment Management LLP a macro hedge fund. Nick has worked for stockbrokers Kitcat and Aitken and James Capel Pacific in Tokyo where he was a Director in charge of International Equity Sales and Goldman Sachs on the US Equity desk.
Daniel Egan - Barclays Wealth
Daniel Egan is a founding member of the Behavioral Finance team at Barclays Wealth. Dan has focussed on integrating applied research to improve finance, policy and consumer decision making throughout his career. Before joining Barclays in 2007, he was an economist for Chiliogon Ltd, a corporate finance advisory, where he assessed unlisted equity valuations and potential IPOs.
Richard Fairchild - University of Bath
Richard Fairchild is lecturer in Corporate Finance at the School of Management, University of Bath, UK. His research interests focus on Behavioural Corporate Finance and emotional corporate finance. He is editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Behavioural Accounting and Finance, is associate member of the Aston Group for Research in Experimental Finance (AGREF), and is a member of the Behavioural Finance Working Group (BFWG), centred at Cass Business School.
Peter Harnett - TradeEQ
Before founding TradeEQ, Peter Harnett worked as a portfolio manager for institutional and retail investment products at HSBC Asset Management. He designed and launched one of HSBC’s first hedge funds and was instrumental in the establishment of the company’s Alternative Investments subsidiary. From HSBC Peter moved to GLG, where he managed a team of quantitative futures traders and headed research on third party trading performance analysis.
Gulnur Muradoglu - Cass Business School
Gulnur Muradoglu is Professor of Finance and Director of the Behavioural Finance Working Group at Cass Business School in London
Steve Ward - High Performance Trading
Steve Ward is a professional trading psychology and performance coach with a history of working with athletes and sports teams at world championship and Olympic level. His work utilises techniques and strategies from sports and performance psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, and behavioural finance, to help traders to develop the success skills and winning mindset required to achieve their trading goals. He is a consultant to some of the leading financial institutions in Europe including hedge funds and global investment, is the in-house performance coach at Schneider Trading Associates, was a consultant to the BBC TV programme Million Dollar Traders and is a regular trainer at the London Stock Exchange. Steve is author of ‘High Performance Trading – 35 Practical Strategies To Enhance Your Trading Performance’ (Harriman House).
